This study investigates the psycho-pedagogical effectiveness of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL)–
based multimodal learning in developing pluricultural competence among philology students in English as a Foreign
Language (EFL) contexts. Using a quasi-experimental design involving control and experimental groups, the research
evaluates changes in students’ intercultural awareness, communicative adaptability, motivation, and reflective thinking.
The findings demonstrate that the integration of mobile technologies and multimodal instruction significantly enhances
both the cognitive and affective dimensions of pluricultural competence
