Ushbu maqolada pedagoglarning kasbiy mahoratini oshirish jarayonida raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishning
metodik asoslari yoritiladi. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchining kasbiy kompetensiyasi faqat fan mazmunini
bilish bilan cheklanmay, raqamli muhitda dars loyihalash, interaktiv resurslardan foydalanish, o‘quvchilar faoliyatini tahlil
qilish va individual yondashuvni tashkil eta olish bilan ham belgilanadi. Maqolada TPACK, DigCompEdu va UNESCO ICT
CFT kabi xalqaro yondashuvlar asosida pedagoglarning raqamli kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish bosqichlari tahlil qilinadi.
Shuningdek, malaka oshirish kurslarida masofaviy ta’lim platformalari, elektron portfoliolar, raqamli baholash vositalari,
sun’iy intellektga asoslangan yordamchi dasturlar va hamkorlik texnologiyalaridan foydalanish metodikasi taklif etiladi.
Tadqiqotda raqamli texnologiyalar pedagogning ijodkorligi, refleksiv fikrlashi va kasbiy o‘sishiga xizmat qiluvchi muhim
omil sifatida baholanadi.
