Ushbu maqolada Chaenomeles japonica (Thunb.) Lindl. ex Spach mevalaridan ajratib olinadigan polifenol
va pektin komplekslarining ichak mikrobiotasi tarkibi, oksidlovchi stress ko‘rsatkichlari hamda immun javob markerlariga
ta’siri molekulyar-biologik yondashuvlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot dizaynida 16S rRNA sekvenslash, qPCR, ELISA,
HPLC-DAD/LC-MS, DPPH/ABTS, SOD–CAT–MDA biomarker tahlillari va bioinformatik-statistik baholash usullari birlashtirildi.
Adabiyotlar asosida ishlab chiqilgan eksperimental model polifenol–pektin kompleksining Bifidobacterium va
Lactobacillus kabi foydali bakteriyalar ulushini oshirishi, SCFA hosil bo‘lishini kuchaytirishi, NF-κB yo‘lini susaytirishi va
Nrf2/HO-1 antioksidant himoya tizimini faollashtirishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada namunaviy statistik jadvallar va
diagrammalar berilib, real laboratoriya natijalari kiritilganda maqola tajribaviy ish sifatida yakunlanishi mumkinligi ta’kidlanadi.
