Ushbu maqolada tyutorlarning kasbiy salohiyatini rivojlantirishda malaka oshirish tizimini takomillashtirish
masalalari zamonaviy ta’lim paradigmalari hamda ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar asosida ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda
AQSH, Buyuk Britaniya, Germaniya, Fransiya, Yaponiya, Rossiya, Qozog‘iston va O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimlarida tyutorlik
faoliyatining tashkiliy-pedagogik asoslari, metodik yondashuvlari hamda rivojlanish mexanizmlari qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi.
Shuningdek, uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish (CPD), raqamli pedagogika, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, reflektiv ta’lim va individual
o‘quv trayektoriyalari tyutorlar kasbiy salohiyatini oshirishning muhim omillari sifatida asoslab beriladi.
