A study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of a newly developed ointment intended for the treatment and
prevention of alveolitis. The ointment demonstrated a low risk of skin irritation while exhibiting high adhesive capacity,
effective exudate absorption, and pronounced antiseptic properties due to its active components. The clinical trial involved
116 patients aged 25–60 years diagnosed with acute alveolitis, in whom the primary precipitating factors were exacerbations
of chronic periodontitis and complex dental procedures
