Аннотация

Kurashchi qizlarning texnik harakatlarini tahlil qilishda ko‘pincha umumiy tavsiflar bilan cheklaniladi, holbuki
musobaqa natijasini belgilovchi omil harakatning tashqi ko‘rinishi emas, balki uning fazalar bo‘yicha tashkil topishi,
tayanch bilan o‘zaro ta’siri, og‘irlik markazining siljishi, bo‘g‘im burchaklari va momentlarining muvofiqlashgan tizimidir.
Ushbu maqolada kurashchi qizlarning hujum va qarshi hujum xarakteridagi texnik harakatlarini kinematik va kinetik
modellashtirishning
nazariy-amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Tahlil doirasida harakatlarni fazalarga ajratish, uch o‘lchamli koordinatalar,
burchak tezligi, chiziqli tezlik, impuls, tayanch reaksiyasi kuchi, bo‘g‘im momenti va tizza yuklamasi kabi ko‘rsatkichlar
yagona modelga birlashtirilgan.
