Mazkur maqolada raqamli ta’lim muhitida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy kompetentligini rivojlantirishning
pedagogik imkoniyatlari va metodik mexanizmlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotning metodik asosi sifatida SMART-SL
metodikasi taklif qilinib, uning imkoniyatlari bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning mustaqil ta’lim faoliyati, kasbiy maqsadlarni belgilash,
pedagogik bilimlarni amaliy faoliyat bilan integratsiyalash, raqamli vositalardan foydalanish, o‘z-o‘zini nazorat
qilish va refleksiv kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish nuqtayi nazaridan ochib berilgan. SMART-SL metodikasida kasbiy kompetentlikning
kognitiv, motivatsion, operatsion-faoliyatli, raqamli va refleksiv komponentlari o‘zaro integratsiyalashgan
tizim sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada metodikani amalga oshirishning diagnostik, motivatsion-maqsadli, mazmuniy-loyihaviy,
amaliy-faoliyatli, monitoring-baholash va refleksiv-korreksion bosqichlari asoslangan. Shuningdek, SMART-SL asosida
bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy kompetentligini rivojlantirish mexanizmlari, pedagogik shart-sharoitlari va kutilayotgan
natijalari tizimlashtirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari SMART-SL metodikasidan oliy pedagogik ta’lim jarayonida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning
kasbiy kompetentligini rivojlantirishning samarali metodik vositasi sifatida foydalanish mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi
