Ushbu maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktablari o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy faoliyatini takomillashtirish hamda
o‘quvchilarning darsni o‘zlashtirish darajasini oshirish maqsadida joriy etilgan zamonaviy ta’lim konsepsiyasi, uning
asosiy prinsiplari, yondashuvlari va zamonaviy metod hamda texnologiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, XXI asrda pedagogik
faoliyatda muhim ahamiyat kasb etuvchi 4K kompetensiyalari – tanqidiy fikrlash, kreativlik, kommunikativlik va
kollaboratsiya ko‘nikmalari, ularning o‘qituvchi amaliyotidagi o‘rni keng yoritiladi. Maqolada, shuningdek, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan
yondashuv, faollashtiruvchi metodlar, onlayn va masofaviy ta’lim platformalari, ochiq va umrbod ta’lim kabi dolzarb
masalalarga ham e’tibor qaratiladi.
