Sog‘lom bolani tarbiyalashda eng muhim vositalardan biri – bu jismoniy mashqlar, harakatli o‘yinlar hamda
sport-ko‘ngilochar o‘yinlardir. Bolalar bilan jismoniy mashqlarni bajarayotganda ularning salomatligini kuzatib borish,
tashqi ko‘rinishi, kayfiyati, charchashi, ishtahasi va uyqusiga e’tibor berish muhim hisoblanadi. Boladagi jismoniy sifatlar,
harakat ko‘nikma va malakalari rivojining zarur hamda yetarli darajasini ta’minlovchi jismoniy imkoniyatlarning tabiiylikka
mos va individual tarzda rivojlantirilishi, maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarga jismoniy tarbiyaga oid umumiy bilimlarni berish,
ularning jismoniy tarbiyasi bilan bog‘liq aqliy, texnologik, axloqiy, etik va estetik qadriyatlarni o‘zlashtirishiga erishish,
bilimlarning mustaqil faoliyatni tashkil etish bo‘yicha boshlang‘ich ko‘nikmalar darajasida dolzarblashuvi maqolada yoritilgan.
