In the global education system, special attention is paid to the use of modern teaching technologies, the
innovative organization of learning forms, the application of information technologies, and the introduction of modernized
education at new qualitative stages. Significant emphasis is placed on improving the content of the academic infrastructure
of educational institutions.
Worldwide, scientific research is being conducted on the widespread introduction of updated types of education in higher
education institutions, strengthening the system to improve the level and quality of training specialists, and demonstrating
initiative in the material and technical support of educational institutions, program-organizational, and other necessary
resources. Furthermore, significant efforts are focused on increasing the potential of intellectual personnel capable of
