Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada ta’lim muassasalarida kadrlar bilan munosabatlarni boshqarishda psixologik kontrakt
nazariyasining o‘rni va ahamiyati tizimli tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Psixologik kontrakt — bu norasmiy, sub’ektiv kutilmalar,
kasbiy majburiyatlar hamda o‘zaro ishonchga asoslangan ijtimoiy-psixologik kelishuvlar majmuasi sifatida ta’riflanadi [3].
Maqolada ta’lim muassasalarida psixologik kontraktning buzilishiga olib keluvchi asosiy omillar, jumladan, kommunikatsiya
muammolari, adolatli rag‘batlantirishning yetishmasligi va psixologik xavfsizlikning zaifligi aniqlanadi. Shuningdek,
psixologik kontraktni mustahkamlashga qaratilgan tashkiliy-psixologik intervensiyalar konseptual modeli taklif etiladi.
Intervensiyalar jarayonida shaffof kommunikatsiya, adolatli rag‘batlantirish, xodimlar uchun psixologik xavfsizlik muhitini
yaratish hamda professional qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi jamoa tizimini shakllantirishning strategik ahamiyati ta’kidlanadi [1,
2]. Ushbu yondashuv ta’lim muassasalarida xodimlarning motivatsiyasini oshirish, ishga sadoqatni kuchaytirish va
institutsional barqarorlikni ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi.
