Maqolada PIRLS xalqaro tadqiqotlari asosida boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarining o‘qish savodxonligi darajasini
baholash va rivojlantirish masalalari o‘rganilgan. Xalqaro tajriba va milliy ta’lim tizimi integratsiyasi orqali o‘qish
kompetensiyasini oshirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Boshlang‘ich ta’lim sharoitiga mos o‘qish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga
qaratilgan innovatsion model taklif etilgan.
