Аннотация

The article presents a model of professional competencies of pre-school teachers, based on the results of
studies of the concept of “professional competence” from the standpoint of axiological, systemic and competency-based
approaches. The main provisions of these approaches in relation to the research problem are presented. Four components
that make up the constructed model are characterized: motivational-personal, cognitive, activity and reflective. An
analysis of their content and the connection between them is presented.
